The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the result of written part of Combined Medical Services Examination, 2018 on its official website. The examination was held on July 22.
The shortlisted candidates have qualified for the interview/personality test. The candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects.

Approximately 454 vacancies would be filled through the examination.
Details of vacancies: Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways: 300 post, Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Services: 16 posts, Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services: 138 posts
The candidates will be asked to produce the original certificates in support of their claims relating to age, educational qualifications, community, physical disability (where applicable) etc. at the time of the personality test.
Candidates should fill up the detailed application form (DAF), which will be made available on the UPSC website from September 13 to 6pm on September 27. Important instructions regarding filling up of the DAF and submitting it will also be provided.
