Assembly election 2022 results live streaming: While Uttar Pradesh voted in seven phases, between February 10 and March 7, Uttarakhand voted in a single leg, on February 14.
The counting of votes for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand assembly elections will be done today, while results will be announced later in the day. As votes are counted in the two states, Zee News will provide live streaming of its counting day coverage for both the states.

Uttar Pradesh polled in seven phases, the first of which was conducted on February 10, while the final leg took place on March 7. The five other dates on which the polling took place are February 14, 20, 23, 27 and March 3. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is UP’s ruling party, while its primary challenger is the Samajwadi Party (SP)-led coalition, which includes, among others, the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD). Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), as well as the Congress, whose charge was led by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, are also in the fray.

Both leaders contested these polls, and, in the process, fought assembly elections for the very first time. UP has a total of 403 assembly constituencies.
