Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Kolkata on Sunday to address a rally at the Brigade Parade Ground in West Bengal, where assembly elections will be held later this month. This is the Prime Minister's first rally in the eastern state since the Election Commission of India announced the dates for the assembly polls.
