Actor Nikita Rawal faced an uncomfortable situation during a recent public appearance after a female fan kissed her on the lips. The actor has now reacted to the moment that has sparked a lot of reactions on social media. She thanked fans who have reached out to her for support and said that she hasn't done anything wrong.

Nikita took to her Instagram Stories and posted a message from a fan who apologised for what happened to her at the event. Responding to that, she wrote in the caption, "Thank you so much for all the love and support. I truly appreciate it. And you know I'm right, I haven't done anything wrong. I have nothing to hide, and I will always stand by the truth."

In another note, she wrote, "Over the last few days, I've received thousands of messages from across India and around the world. Thank you to everyone who took a moment to check on me, send love, share kind words, and stand by me. Your support, empathy, and respect have truly touched my heart. I may not be able to reply to every message personally, but please know that I have read so many of them and appreciate each one. Thank you for standing with me."

What happened at the event?

Nikita had also caught attention for her opinion on the upcoming film Ramayana, which stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. She expressed her views on Ranbir playing Lord Rama. Speaking to Bollywood Mascot, she said she doesn't believe Ranbir is the right choice for the role. Calling out the actor, She said, "This character is not for Ranbir Kapoor at all. Such a disgusting and characterless person, who eats beef and has said this publicly. What do you think that such a person will be able to understand the character of Rama?"

Nikita Rawal has appeared in movies like Black & White, Mr Hot Mr Kool, The Hero – Abhimanyu, Ammaa Ki Boli, Garam Masala and Cute Kamina.
