Sara Ali Khan gets nostalgic as she visits her alma mater Columbia University in New York; shares pics

Actor Sara Ali Khan visited her alma mater in New York and became nostalgic as she shared her pictures on Instagram. As she shared her photo, Sara spoke of gratitude, fondness, and nostalgia.

Sara Ali Khan visited Columbia University on Wednesday during her stay in New York. She is currently on a US trip with her friends. The actor experienced nostalgia, while visiting her alma mater. Sara started posting about her visit with a throwback memory from 2016 of her college.

Sara wrote on her Instagram Stories, “Looking back with so much gratitude, fondness and nostalgia.” She wore a black crop top with floral shorts with a red cap in the photo. She used the hashtag ‘throwback 2016’ on another photo she shared on Instagram.

Sara Ali Khan holds a degree in Political Science and History from Columbia University, New York. After graduating, she made her acting debut in 2018 with Kedarnath with Sushant Singh Rajput and then Simmba alongside Ranveer Singh. In a 2020 interview with Zoom, Sara had said that she is proud of her education, even though it leaves many people ‘baffled’. “Being yourself and being yourself not in the way that it’s expected of you. I have an education, even though I am a heroine... so many people are baffled at that and I am so proud of that,” the actor had said.

Sara Ali Khan was last seen in Atrangi Re opposite Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. She has a couple of movies in the pipeline. She will be seen with Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh in Gaslight, directed by Pawan Kriplani. She also recently finished shooting for an untitled project alongside Vicky Kaushal.
