Alia Bhatt, who has become the target of jokes on social media about her general knowledge, says she is not at all upset and is actually amused by it.
Though Alia got accolades for her performances in Highway and 2 States, jokes on the actor began after she gave the wrong answer to a question asked by Karan Johar on his chat show.
"There are some jokes on me on Twitter and Facebook because I am apparently stupid. They are very hilarious," says Alia.
She also says that such jokes don’t disturb her. "I don’t get upset at them, I laugh at them. I am the first person to laugh at myself. I always say that I’d rather be stupid than pretend to be intelligent," says Alia.
From amongst the jokes, Alia’s favourite is:
