Dalljiet Kaur says she wants to travel with her husband, not have more kids: 'Hum teen bacho ke saath bahut khush hain'

Dalljiet Kaur opened up about her life in Nairobi after she moved to Kenya. She said she and her husband wanted to travel more, when asked about having kids.

Actor Dalljiet Kaur married businessman Kenya-based Nikhil Patel in Mumbai last month. She recently moved to Nairobi with her son Jaydon, and the two now live with Nikhil and his daughters from his previous marriage. On Saturday, Dalljiet took to Instagram Stories to post videos of her answering fan questions. She told a fan that she wanted to travel with her husband, and they were not planning on expanding their family. Dalljiet added she was very happy being a mother to their three children.

To a fan that asked 'will you both have kids again', Dalljiet said, "Dekho teen bache hai humare. Teen. Mujhe nahi lagta hai ki ab koi bhi aur scope hai. I think hum dono ab travel karna chahte hain. You know, we also have missed out on life in general, toh hum woh bhi enjoy karna chahte hain, while bringing up our kids, giving the best to them. Toh nahi, aur ka scope nahi hai ab kyunki hum teen bacho ke saath bahut khush hain (We have three children, so there's no scope left for another kid. Both of us wish to travel together now as we have missed out on life. We are very happy with our three children, and want to raise them well)."

This was not the first time Dalljiet Kaur was asked about having more kids. During her honeymoon in Thailand last month, she and Nikhil had said they were not planning more children, calling it ‘expensive’, during an Instagram Live.

Dalljiet was previously married to actor Shalin Bhanot of Bigg Boss 16 fame. Their son Jaydon was born in 2014. Nikhil has two daughters, Aariyana and Aanika, from his previous marriage.
