says his two stints in rehab last year taught him a lot.
The 26-year-old actor checked into treatment facilities twice last year to seek help for rumoured substance abuse and alcoholism and says his experiences have taught him a lot and set him on the right path for the future, reported Metro online.

"I am so happy now and I feel like I am in a great place. It was an interesting year and I learnt so many things, but the best part of it was being able to reflect upon my experiences and what I had learnt about myself and the kind of man I want to be," Efron said.
The actor, who has recently been romantically linked to actor Halston Sage, is currently looking for love and wants an honest relationship.
