Rumours of actor
being pregnant have been refuelled as it emerges that the actor turned down participating at the International Indian Film Academy Awards in the USA.
Consequently, actor
was roped in to replace Balan, and other top stars were also seen in sizzling acts at the film awards function.
Balan was chosen to promote Indian cinema on a multi-city promotional tour that was part of the event.

However, the Kahaani actor opted out.
"Vidya cancelled her trip at the last moment. We have not been told the reason for this (cancellation); the management may know," says a source, adding that this has re-sparked speculation about her pregnancy.
The reports first surfaced sometime in February this year, when Balan was seen dressed in a loose gown during an appearance on a dance reality show, and refused to dance when requested. Vidya, who got married to filmmaker Siddharth Roy Kapur in December, 2012, also passed the opportunity to be part of a panel discussion with Hollywood actors.
