Bollywood actor Mallika Sherawat is all set to participate in the upcoming reality show The Traitors 2. Ahead of the show’s premiere on August 13, a clip from the show has surfaced online in which Mallika talks to the contestants about Hollywood star Tom Cruise having a crush on her.
Tom Cruise has a crush on Mallika Sherawat?
In the clip, comedian Aaditya Kulshreshth, aka Kullu, who is also a part of the show, asks Mallika if she has ever had a crush on someone or if everyone just has a crush on her. Mallika says, “Sabko mere pe hi aata hai crush. Tom Cruise ko aaya hua hai aajkal. Jhooth nahi bol rahi, mere paas phone hota toh videos dikhaati uske (Everyone ends up having a crush on me. Tom Cruise has a crush on me these days. I’m not lying, if I had my phone with me, I’d show you his videos).”
Kullu and Abhishek Malhan ask, “What kind of videos is he sending? Is he sending snaps?” Mallika replies, “No, from when we were partying together. He is fabulous.”

{{/usCountry}}As the clip surfaced online, one internet user wrote, “It sounds funny, but she is saying the truth.” Another commented, “Lol. What a joke.” A third comment read, “She is having Urvashi Rautela syndrome.” Another fan wrote, “I can believe her, she is real.”
Earlier, in an interview with Times Entertainment, Mallika recalled being apprehensive about The Traitors and said, “Initially, I was very apprehensive about Traitors. I didn’t want to do any reality show. It didn’t excite me as an actor. But then Ankita (Anthony, manager) really convinced me. She said, ‘Just see it. After watching season one, if you don’t like it, we’ll decline. But don’t say no without seeing it.’ I watched it and I loved it.”

In The Traitors, contestants live together while being secretly divided into Traitors and Innocents. The Traitors must eliminate contestants without being identified, while the innocents try to uncover their identities through strategy, deception, and alliances. The show combines mind games, betrayals and high-stakes tasks. Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther won the first season.
Hosted by Karan Johar, the second season features 21 contestants who will participate in a game of deception, strategy and alliances. The confirmed lineup includes Mallika Sherawat, Munawar Faruqui, Shweta Tiwari, Rhea Chakraborty, Abhishek Malhan, Krystle D’Souza, Parul Gulati, Dalip Tahil, Shahneel Gill, Shalini Passi, Ranveer Brar, Aaditya Kulshreshth, Harman Baweja, Prish, Rida Tharana, Soundous Moufakir and rapper Ikka. The show will premiere on Prime Video on August 13.
