Miranda Kerr has shared some tips to make long flights and hotel-room living a little healthier. Drink lots of water, get plenty of rest and avoid alcohol on long flights to feel rested when you touch down, said the 29-year-old Vogue's April covergirl.
Kerr revealed that when travelling on long-haul flights she drinks plenty of water to keep hydrated and also has a blend of superfoods that she adds to a bottle of water to sip throughout the flight to ensure she is getting the vitamins and minerals needed, News.com.au reported.
