Designer Kavita Bhartia's collection includes sleeveless green blouson top and a sleeveless empire line dress in white.

Global warming has led designers worldwide to creating fashion that not only feels cool but visually too looks icy-cool.

Designer Kavita Bhartia's collection is an epitome of 'icy-cool'. She showcased a few pieces from the collection that she's taking to Pret-a-Porter at Paris. She's exhibiting there at the prestigious section -Atmosphere.

Simultaneously we will find her spring/summer 2008 Collection exhibited at the WIFW Besides the icy-cool palettes and the use of natural fabrics that breathe, it's the cut and the silhouette that make the clothes great for summer.

Sleeveless green blouson top with an embroidered yoke and a sleeveless empire line dress in white with silver block-prints looked breezy and playfully feminine.

Kavita Bhartia has the knack to perfectly blend the orient's maximalist elements with the Occident's minimalist cuts. A pink dress with high neck that extends as strips and knots at the back is airy at the torso and hugs the lower part.

The shape is modern and can be worn as a dress or combined with a pair of shiny tights. Pretty is the apt word to describe it.
