What do you do more to stay fit — gymming or dieting? Or do you have a workout module that includes the two?
I usually work out in the gym for almost an hour, about five to six days a week. I have an incredible personal trainer who travels with me to all my shoots to ensure that I don’t bail out from the routine. I am an absolute foodie, but I try not to over indulge and follow a balanced and nutritious diet.

Do you engage in any sporty activity on a regular basis to stay fit?
I think, playing football is the best way to stay fit, hence I’m looking forward to playing one of the Pepsi matches that will be played inside a cage.

Many youngsters are following your easy going casual fashion. How do you go about it?
I go with my instinct, whatever I feel comfortable and good in. I have a very basic choice and would suggest people to always keep it simple. There is no one-size-fits-all policy when it comes to fashion, so don’t go by it. But I think a white shirt and blue jeans works best on almost every one, provided it is worn with oodles of personality. In films however, all credit goes to our stylists and designers who create a particular look for the character.

What according to you is the definition of a rockstar?
A rockstar is someone who does not get bothered by success or failure but simply delivers his or her best — One who is fearless, someone who changes the game.

What is the craziest thing that you have ever done?
I think the craziest thing I have ever done is to become an actor! Also, in an advertisement campaign, I have taught cricketer Virender Sehwag how to dance!
