Yoga, as a way of life has done wonders and its practitioners are there to vouch for it. Be it from any profession, the kind of lifestyle we lead today requires our body to exercise and yoga is a boon for all of us who don’t have the time to go to the gym.

In a quick tête-à-tête with five celebrities, we asked them about their favourite yoga postures and they were more than excited to reveal their regular yoga regime even sharing their benefits with us. Here’s what they have to say.

Ayaan Ali Bangash (musician)

Since I am in a profession that requires me to sit for long hours in the same posture, some yoga stretches are essential for me. The one I do every day are Dhanurasana (Bow pose) and Setu Bandhasana (Bridge pose).

Naukasana or the Boat pose helps to build a strong core. I practice combination training to stay fit. Yoga is beneficial for flexibility, agility and mental endurance. This posture helps to strengthen your thigh, hips, neck and shoulder.
