Say no to alcohol/drugs:

The liver condition deteriorates if you regularly consume alcohol and drugs. Since the toxic elements have to be broken down by the liver for proper digestion, too much of it can cause severe damage to the liver.

Avoid sweeteners:

Too much sugar is absolutely a no-no even for even a healthy person. Artificial sweeteners should be strictly kept away as it is poisonous for the liver, leading to excessive physical exhaustion and abnormal glucose lose in the blood.

Green diet:

Eat cabbages, broccoli and carrots. It helps the liver in detoxification of the toxin substances. Avoid


food that's been stored in the fridge for longer than 24 hours.

No excessive eating:

Avoid eating frequently. Keep your snacks light. A vegetable salad is a healthy option.

Drink plenty of water:

Drink at least 8—10 glasses of water during the day. It flushes out the toxic residue in the liver.
