Between two "The Amazing Spider-Man" films, Andrew Garfield will set aside some time for this smaller project, created and directed by Ramin Bahrani. The indie filmmaker has established a solid reputation among critics through his films "Man Push Cart" (2005), "Goodbye Solo" (2008) and more recently "At Any Price" (2012).

Andrew Garfield's character in "99 Homes" loses his house in the aftermath of the sub-prime mortgage crisis. Desperate, he accepts a job at the real estate firm responsible for his troubles, before having something of a moral awakening.
