Funnywoman Amy Schumer unveiled the cover of her upcoming book The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo by posing topless.

Funnywoman Amy Schumer posed topless on the cover of her upcoming book The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo.

The Girl With the Lower Back Tattoo, which hits stores in August, is Schumer’s first book.

In the photo, Schumer, 34, looks over her left shoulder with a slight smirk on her face, reported US Magazine.

The collection will feature “personal and observational stories that range from the raunchy to the romantic, the heartfelt to the harrowing,” according to the Emmy-winning actor’s official website.

“Amy Schumer is not an entertainer who can actually write,” publisher Jennifer Bergstrom said in a press release. “She’s a writer. Who also happens to entertain.”

The book’s clever title is a play on Stieg Larsson’s bestseller, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, which has been adapted into two movies, the latest being an Academy Award-winning one starring Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara in 2011.
