Ted star Jessica Barth writes detailed account of how an ex-manager allegedly drugged, sexually assaulted her

Ted actor Jessica Barth has alleged that her former manager drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2012.

Ted actor Jessica Barth has alleged that her former manager drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2012. Speaking to The Wrap, Barth, who was one of the voices against Hollywood movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, said that she wants to “prosecute” David Guillod, and wants “to do whatever is in my power to make sure this never happens to another woman.”

Barth was encouraged to name Guillod after another woman responded to her story - which she wrote last week without taking names - and claimed to have had a similar experience.

Separate sources told the Wrap that Guillod had been removed from his previous two positions after allegations of sexual harassment were made against him.

“This allegation was initially made five years ago and was fully investigated by LAPD at that time,” Guillod’s attorney, Thomas M Ferlauto, told TheWrap. “Witnesses were interviewed whose version of events belied and completely contradicted Ms Barth’s and LAPD determined the charges to be unfounded. No criminal or civil case was ever brought against Mr Guillod.”

This combination of pictures created shows the several women who accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual misconduct.

“Nothing was found to be unfounded. I just stopped pursuing it because he threatened to sue me,” Barth said. “I wasn’t in a place emotionally or financially to take him on legally.”

“The next thing I remember is waking up at home with six hickeys on my neck. I was horrified. I was completely and utterly confused and I was sick to my stomach. Through email, he tried to play it off as a silly make-out session between friends. He sent me message after message begging that we talk and letting me know how upset he was and that he couldn’t sleep because of the pit in his stomach,” she wrote.

Barth previously came out against Harvey Weinstein, allegations against whom have set a chain reaction in Hollywood - director Brett Ratner and actor Kevin Spacey have also been accused of sexual misconduct.
