Tej Pratap, the son of former chief minister of Bihar and RJD chief Lalu Prasad, is marrying Aishwarya Rai, the daughter of party legislator Chandrika Rai and granddaughter of former chief minister Daroga Prasad Rai, in Patna on Saturday evening.

Earlier in the day, while the family was busy with last-minute wedding preparations at 10, Circular Road, the official residence of former Bihar chief minister and Prasad’s wife Rabri Devi, a supporter erected the billboard outside.

The footnote credits the billboard to Dr Bimlesh Yadav, state vice president of the Yuva RJD. He is shown as Hanuman, on his knees in reverence.

Lalu Prasad, Rabri Devi, their daughter and party MP Misa Bharti, theuir son and former deputy chief minister of Bihar Tejashwi Prasad Yadav also figure on the billboard.

Tej Pratap, who has flair for the dramatic, has dressed up as the Hindu god Krishna on several occasions.

As Bihar’s health minister in 2017, he wore a blue jacket and shawl, and a red headband with a peacock feather on it and played the flute to his cows to usher in the New Year at his mother’s residence.
