Key, who was to land in Mumbai on Monday at 6:30pm, will now be arriving in Delhi on Tuesday evening.
“There was a technical snag in the flight. So Prime Minister Key rescheduled his programme,” sources familiar with the development told HT.
Key had a packed schedule in Mumbai. He was to visit the Bombay Stock Exchange followed by witnessing the signing of agreements between the Maharashtra government and New Zealand.
On Wednesday, Kay will meet with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi, and will leave for Jakarta the next day.
