The Madras High Court on Wednesday told the Centre to allow Parvathiammal, mother of slain LTTE Leader V Prabhakaran, to undergo medical treatment in India whenever she wanted to do so.

"Whenever the representative of Parvathiammal intimates the Indian High Commission at Colombo that she is willing to undergo treatment in India, the respondents (Centre) are directed to allow her to undergo the treatment", a division bench, comprising Justices Elipe Dharma Rao and S S Sasidharan said.
