An army jawan was shot at by his colleague after some argument leaving him critically injured at a forward post in Krishna Gahti sector of Poonch district, police said today.

Lance Naik Tejinder Singh posted at the forward post in Krishna Ghati sector was allegedly shot at by his colleague Lance Naik Jai Parkash Singh after some arguments on Friday, they said.

Singh, who sustained critical injury, was admitted to Military Hospital at Poonch, they said.

A case has been registered by the police in this regard, they said, adding further investigations were going on.
