Accusing Congress candidate Chowdary Lal Singh of engineering bogus voting in Kathua town, Union Minister of State for Home and BJP candidate Chaman Lal Gupta on Monday demanded repolling in polling stations located in the town of Udhampur constituency.

"Congress candidate, who is himself a state minister in league with police and polling staff engineered bogus voting in Kathua town polling stations," Gupta told reporters.
Gupta, who has a heated argument with Lal Singh at a polling booth said, he had brought a police official to the booth, but he sided with Singh and claimed that the media was a witness to it.
