Chief Judicial Magistrate Subhash Chandra summoned SHO, Kotwali dehat and head constable and sought their reply within three days for the delay in sending a copy of the first information report (FIR) to the court, prosecution sources said.
An FIR, on charges of obscenity, was lodged against Pandey on April 1 at the Kotwali dehat police station on the direction of the CJM for her statement published in a newspaper that she would bare all if India win the World Cup cricket final.
