Minister of State Dasari Narayana Rao has been stripped of Mining portfolio, but would retain Coal.
An official statement on Tuesday said that the President, acting on the Prime Minister's advice, has made Rao just the Minister of State for Coal.
Shibu Soren is the Minister of Coal with Cabinet rank, while Sis Ram Ola is the Mining Minister, also with Cabinet rank.
