As its name suggests, the restaurant is located on the second floor, which you reach by a glass lift. The rush for tables on weekends is inexplicable. Could it be for the clumsy service, the too-close-for-comfort tables, or the lacklustre food? The Dahiwala Chicken, the most interesting sounding item on the menu, has an unpleasantly sweet edge.
