Eve-teasing forces UP villagers to pull out girls from schools
The village panchayat of Selpura village in Haldpur area yesterday decided not to send around 200 girls of Selpura and Bamnauli villages to schools due to incidents of eve-teasing on the way.
Worried over increasing incidents of eve-teasing, a local panchayat here has decided not to send their girls to schools.

The panchayat also alleged police inaction on the cases.
In the latest incident of eve-teasing in the area, a VIIth class girl was dragged by a youth to a field nearby while she was on her way to school from Selpura to Paijainia village on Saturday.
Police later arrested the youth.
