One girl allegedly committed suicide in Lucknow after she failed in the intermediate examinations of the Uttar Pradesh board, police said on Wednesday.
The girl allegedly died by hanging from a ceiling fan on Tuesday evening when her parents had gone out, police said.

The results of the exam had been announced on Sunday.
A case had been registered and investigation are on, police said.
