Haryana IAS officer is Central Provident Fund commissioner

The central government has appointed 1981-batch Haryana cadre IAS officer Krishan Kumar Jalan as Central Provident Fund commissioner under the union ministry of labour and employment.

The central government has appointed 1981-batch Haryana cadre IAS officer Krishan Kumar Jalan as Central Provident Fund commissioner under the union ministry of labour and employment.

His appointment will be in the rank of additional secretary. Jalan is currently posted as additional chief secretary, irrigation, in the Haryana government. He is likely to be relieved for the central assignment in a couple of weeks.
