The last time we saw Jennifer Hawkins in her knickers, she blushed as red as the skimpy G-string she was wearing. Turning that wardrobe malfunction into the perfect fit for a celebrity endorsement, the former Miss Universe was happy to flash her undies again.

As the sexy star of an upcoming campaign for the Lovable lingerie label, expect to see more of Hawkins as part her three-year, six-figure deal with the Australian brand.

"That (malfunction) worried me at the time and I was really embarrassed. But it just goes to show it's those little things that make you stronger," a savvy Hawkins said.

It was her smalls slip-up, before a shocked shopping centre crowd two years ago, that first caught the eye of Lovable boss Michael Gazal. "It certainly got our attention but the way Jen handled that situation is indicative of her natural personality and sense of fun. It's a good fit with our brand," he said.

Like Kylie Minogue, Delta Goodrem and Elle Macpherson, Hawkins has also tried her hand at designing the lingerie, choosing colours and providing product advice from her own wardrobe.

"They're very cheeky and sexy, but not too revealing," Hawkins said.

The lucrative deal will no doubt impress mentor Donald Trump, who has just invited Hawkins to judge the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. The Australian beauty will fly in Trump's private jet from New York to Los Angeles for the finals,

starting July 21.

And demand for Hawkins doesn't stop there - after her early exit from Dancing With The Stars, she filmed a promo for a soap powder in LA and is about to announce a deal with an "international cosmetics brand".

Of the upcoming lingerie billboard campaign, Hawkins said: "I've seen those massive billboards before and it's going to be so exciting and a bit weird to see myself up there."
