Hoax threat to blow up Jaipur bank creates panic

Panic gripped customers and employees of a bank in Jaipur after some withdrawal slips were found carrying blast threats, police said.

Panic gripped customers and employees of a bank in Jaipur on Wednesday after some withdrawal slips were found carrying blast threats, police said.

The incident occurred at the SBBJ bank located in Vidhyadar Nagar area of the city. Some of the customers noticed the slips in which the threats were written.

Soon police and administration officials rushed to the spot and an intensive search was launched but nothing suspicious was found, they said.

A probe is on and no one has been arrested so far, police said.
