J&K Bank sells 1.12 lakh McDowell Holdings shares

Jammu & Kashmir Bank on Friday sold 1.12lakh shares of UB group company McDowell Holdings for an estimated Rs 35.42 lakh through the open market route.

Jammu & Kashmir Bank today sold 1.12lakh shares of UB group company McDowell Holdings for an estimated Rs 35.42 lakh through the open market route.

According to bulk deal information available with the bourses, Jammu & Kashmir Bank offloaded the scrips of McDowell Holdings at an average price of Rs 31.63 apiece.

Earlier this week as well, Jammu & Kashmir Bank had sold 70,000 shares of McDowell Holdings for Rs 22.68 lakh.

Besides, the bank had offloaded 1.44 lakh shares of the UB group company for a little over Rs 47 lakh, on March 14.

McDowell Holdings shares fell 2.95 per cent to settle at Rs 32.95 apiece on the BSE.
