Month-long summer camp at Takshshila

A MONTH-LONG summer camp is underway at Takshshila Public School, Rachna Nagar, in which about 320 students are learning karate, spoken English, personality development, music, games, calligraphy, dance, art activities and basic concepts of Maths and science, the school sources said.

The enriching camp has been organised with an objective of shaping the overall personality of the child. The camp will end on June 10.

One of the participants, Neelam, stated that she has learnt a lot from the camp and for another participant, Paridhi, it is a beautiful platform which has combined learning with fun and has helped her utilise the summer vacation to the fullest.
