With a view to facilitate train passengers, the North Central Railway administration has installed one additional terminal each at Allahabad University and High Court reservation counters.
With the additional terminal, the reservation ticketing at both the places has now become smooth providing much needed relief to the people from standing in a long queues and waiting for their turn to come.
"Earlier, only one counter each at Allahabad University and High Court was operational from 8 am to 2 pm.
But, with the functioning of additional counter, timings for booking have now been increased. This counter is made functional from 10 am to 4 pm," informed a highly placed railway official.
Besides, with the functioning of the additional counters accessibility to PRS would be much easier, he said.
"This step has been taken owing to good response from both the places", claimed the officer.
