A woman Maoist cadre was killed in police firing in Maharashtra today, Home Minister R R Patil said while asserting that there was no impact of the bandh called by Naxalites in the state.

"Only tehsils like Dhanora in Gadchiroli witnessed some support for the bandh. We had made fool-proof arrangements to tackle it," Patil told PTI here tonight.
