"The attempts by terrorists to infiltrate into the (Kashmir) valley for increasing the level of violence are still continuing. The killing of nine terrorists in Budgam on Wednesday and three in Tangdhar on Friday is a proof of it," he told reporters after being briefed by the officers of 34 Rashtriya Rifles in Budgam.
