An Indian-origin man has been banned from returning to his own home in Wales for two years after a crown court convicted him of exposing his private parts to a woman in the neighbourhood.
The order was made at the Mold Crown Court against Joby Jacob, 33, who lives in Ffordd Gwenllian in Llanfair PG, Anglesey, with his wife and child.
Jacob, described as a church-going science graduate, denied exposing himself and claimed he was simply "having a scratch".
He claimed that he was taking antibiotics for a chest infection which made him itch all over, but his plea was rejected.
Judge Wyn Lloyd Jones placed him on supervision for two years, to include one to one focus work on his sexual behaviour. He must also do 150 hours unpaid work.
He also passed an exclusion order which meant that Jacob must not return to the estate where he lives with his family because his victim also lives in the local community. Jacob followed the hearing with the help of an interpreter.

{{/usCountry}}Jacob had alleged that he was not wanted in the local area and that the way he had been treated by the community was racist. But the judge said that the local community had made the defendant welcome.
The judge added that what had occurred was the defendant's own fault and no one else's, and that he wrongly saw himself as the victim.
The offence reportedly had a great effect on Jacob's victim, who had described herself as an emotional wreck and was concerned that the defendant would be able to return to the local community.
