One person was arrested in connection with the mysterious death of a 16-year-old boy on Monday near a shrine in Baramulla district of North Kashmir, official sources said on Tuesday.

Sameer Ahmad Khan, a resident of Arampora village of Sopore, had gone to the shrine of sufi saint Baba Shakoor-ud-din atop a hillock at Watlab, 65 kms from Srinagar, on Monday which is thronged by devotees after Eid prayers, they said.
Khan's body was found from a ditch and police are questioning the arrested person as preliminary probe indicated that he had a quarrel with some person earlier in the day near the shrine, they said.
