Seven injured in cylinder blast in Uttar Pradesh

Seven persons, including three children, were injured in a cylinder blast at the Dussehra fair here, police said today.

The incident occurred at the Nakti Devi temple fair in Gandhinagar area under Konch police station area when the cylinder used to fill balloons exploded on Sunday, police said.

The injured were rushed to the Jhansi Medical College Hospital where condition of some of them was stated to be serious, police said.
