The lab report on the Swiss woman, who was raped on the night of March 15-16 near Gwalior, proved five of the six accused guilty.
The five men — Ramprok, Brijesh alias Gaja, Bhuta, Vishnu and Nitin — had tested positive, the report said, basing itself on the blood and sperm samples.
However, the woman, 38, in her statement to the police, had reportedly said she had been raped by four persons.
Earlier, the Swiss embassy had informed the authorities here about the victim’s return home along with her husband.

New Delhi: The Delhi high court on Wednesday sought the response of the Centre and Prasar Bharati, a government-run broadcasting body, on a petition that alleged women casual-announcers working for All India Radio had been sexually harassed and exploited.
Issuing notice to the ministry of information and broadcasting and the chief executive officer of Prasar Bharti, a division bench of chief justice D Murugesan and justice VK Jain sought response from them on the matter by May 15.
