Ujjain prof's murder case: Eyewitness safe

Earlier Komal Singh, the prime witness in the Ujjain professor's murder case was reported abducted.

BJP workers gheraoed the Superintendent of Police's office late on Tuesday night after being informed that the lone eyewitness in Professor HS Sabharwal's death case has been abducted.

The information, however, turned out to be false. Police found prime witness Komal Singh safe at his home.

Komal Singh had gone along with former Congress legislator Rajendra Bharti to meet former college principal Shiv Sharma.

Police security had been provided at Komal's residence as he apprehended threat to his life.
