With ton, Yuvraj surpasses Sehwag

Yuvi's scintillating innings against Eng in the Goa ODI adds another feather in his cap, writes Rajneesh Gupta.

Yuvraj Singh, during his scintillating innings of 103 against England in the Goa one-dayer achieved the distinction of scoring the fastest ODI hundred against England.

Yuvraj reached the three-figure mark off just 73 balls and thus obliterated fellow teammate Virender Sehwag's record of fastest hundred against England. Sehwag had raced to his hundred off 77 balls in an ICC Champions Trophy game at Colombo in 2002.
