In all 1024 working women were interviewed using a structured questionnaire. 36% of the women belonged to junior cadre (who had upto 5 years work experience), 33% belonged to mid career (5 to 15 years work experience) and 31% were in senior position (GM level and above).

35% of respondents belonged to new age industries (IT, BPOs, analytics etc.) and 65% belonged to legacy companies.

The survey has a margin of error of 3% at 95% confidence level.
