Against the Aussies, Kohli scored only 46 runs in five innings.
In the IPL-10, Kohli has managed just 250 runs so far in nine innings - a far cry from 959 runs the RCB skipper plundered in the last IPL.
Kohli’s dip in form just ahead of the Champions Trophy could be concern for Team India think-tank.

Former India dashing opener Virender Sehwag was, however, not too worried about Kohli’s batting. “It (bad patch) happens with every player, even if you look at the great Sachin Tendulkar, he too hasn’t played in the same way every year.
“Even your questions keep changing from time to time. When time changes, form also changes. The hallmark of a good player is how he can come out of bad form and Virat knows very well how to do that,” Sehwag told reporters at a promotional event here on Friday.

Team India has been on the road since last September where Kohli & Co played 13 Tests, three ODIs and three T20Is. They are all now involved in the Indian Premier League till May 21.
India will kick off their campaign to defend the Champions Trophy title against arch-rivals Pakistan on June 4.
