Here’s the step-by-step process to make paneer sliders at home:
Step 1: On a tray with parchment paper, roughly break the paneer into small pieces. Add salt, pepper for seasoning, and cornstarch, and mix well with the help of a spoon to form a coating.
Step 2: Drizzle some oil on top and air fry these paneer pieces at 200degrees for about 8-10 minutes until crispy golden brown.
Step 3: On the same tray, add diced onion, bell pepper, and chopped garlic. For seasoning, add salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 4: Air fry this mixture at 200 degrees for another 5 minutes.
Step 5: In a bowl, add the prepared paneer and veggies and combine along with mayonnaise, sriracha, chili powder, jeera powder, and mix well.
Step 6: Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper, and combine everything well.
Step 7: Cut the burger buns vertically and scoop out the centre to create a cavity. Brush the top with melted butter.
Step 8: Fill the prepared mixture of paneer and veggies into it and top it up with cheese and air fry for another 5 minutes at 180 degrees until the cheese melts and turns a little golden crispy.
Step 9: Serve hot, garnished with coriander on top.
