NEW DELHI: A day after home minister Rajnath Singh concluded his tour to the troubled Kashmir valley, Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mehbooba Mufti arrived in the national capital on Friday for a crucial meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The two will meet on Saturday, prior to which union home secretary Rajiv Mehrishi will brief the PM on the ground situation in the valley.
