NEW DELHI: A day after the women and child development ministry asked National Commission for Women to monitor online trolls against women, chairperson Lalitha Kumaramangalam raised doubts over policing the Net. “You can’t police the Net. It is an open space, it is like a galaxy. There are billions of twitter accounts and no organisation can keep an eye on them, ” Kumaramangalam said.
