Thiruvallur District Collector Prabhushankar visited the NDRF camp in the location and briefed the team about the impeding Cyclone Michaung and preparedness, in Thiruvallur on Saturday. Cyclone Michaung is anticipated to approach the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh, with the India Meteorological Department forecasting winds reaching up to 100 kilometers (62 miles) per hour.
