After spending a while at the shrine, he proceeded to a nearby hotel. Later, around 8 pm, he returned and engaged in 'seva' at the 'Chhabeel', where he served water to the devotees visiting the Golden Temple. (PTI)

Tribals and farmers affected by the Ken-Betwa river-linking project stage a symbolic Chita Andolan (pyre protests), Jal Satyagraha and hanging satyagraha by placing nooses around their necks, over their demands of better compensation and rehabilitation, in Chhatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh.
