Modak, a one-sided lover, came in contact with the 16-year-old minor girl during his visits to his aunt’s place in Dhayari. The girl was a friend of his cousin’s sister. Modak also used to talk to her on phone and developed feelings for her. However, when the girl rejected his advances, he got irked and decided to teach her a lesson.
